Foundation Day

Sunday September 7th marks the very first day of practice for the Carolina Blue Frogs.  We are committed to building a travel experience that will prepare you for high school lacrosse, meet players and families from the North Raleigh/Wake Forest/Rolesville lacrosse communities and enjoy a memorable Fall lacrosse season.  Below is a breakdown of what we will be doing in practice on Sunday.

Lastly, we are building a travel team that focuses on COMMUNITY, COMPETITION AND EFFORT.   Players will be competing for positions and playing time.  Nothing is guaranteed.  Our coaches will focus on preparing your son for lacrosse at the high school level were playing time is earned not given.  Coaches will work with players individually and as a group.  It is essential that your son practices on his own throughout the week to improve his lacrosse skills, knowledge and fundamentals.

I am looking forward to a great lacrosse experience,
Coach Riedel
